What is PAGG?
PAGG Stack supplement is collectively made up of four different potent ingredients that were all proven safe and effective. This has been formulated by The 4-Hour Body author, Tim Ferriss. Policosanol, Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), and Garlic are known for their cholesterol-lowering properties and also promote vasodilation. Green tea is known to boost metabolism and is a good antioxidant. While taking PAGG Stack, Ferriss advised users to take in supplemental Vitamin B12 as ALA may interfere with the body’s ability to produce enough amounts of Vitamin B.

The PAGG stack, recommended in Tim Ferris’s book The 4 Hour Body, Is touted as a superb supplement for weight-loss enhancement when used alongside a regimen of diet and exercise. PAGG stands for policosanol, alpha-lipoic acid, garlic, and green tea. Green tea and aged garlic, with their respective antioxidant and anti-microbial properties, also appear to be effective in blocking the reabsorption of fat once the fat cells are reduced. Alpha-lipoic acid seems to redirect carbohydrate energy into the muscles instead of into fat cells. Policosanol, a plant wax derivative, increases the effectiveness of the other three supplements.
